Rhubarb Yoghurt - A fresh vanilla and rhubarb jam with a white chocolate, vanilla and yoghurt ganache using award winning local Katy Rodgers Yoghurt.
Caramelised Coconut - Our SILVER award winning chocolate in the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2022. Roasted coconut praline with a touch of sea salt and caramelised white chocolate.
Lemon Cream - A creamy and sweet bonbon made with white chocolate, fresh lemon juice and zest.
Tiramisu - A triple layered bonbon consisting of a dark chocolate espresso ganache made with Sacred Grounds coffee, a smooth mascarpone marsala white chocolate ganache and a crunchy dark chocolate base with coffee and caramelised cocoa nibs. Finished in a rich dark chocolate shell.
Caramel Biscuit - Award winning Isle of Skye sea salt caramel sits atop a brown butter biscuit base.
Raspberry Cheesecake - Our Great taste starred bonbon! A seeded raspberry and vanilla jam, creamy white chocolate and cream cheese ganache and a biscuity base tucked away inside a milk chocolate shell.
