How long will my chocolates remain fresh?


All of our chocolates are made fresh, therefore we would recommend eating them as soon as possible. If you are able to resist the temptation of devouring the whole box in one go, we would recommend within 4 weeks if stored as instructed on label. However, all our products have a best before date clearly marked on the packaging.




How should I store my chocolates?


Your chocolates should be stored about 15-18 degrees, about room tempreature, out of direct sunlight preferably in a dark cupboard. *PLEASE DO NOT STORE IN FRIDGE*




Are my chocolates nut, gluten, dairy free?


The working kitchen is a place where nuts are stored and used frequently. Although we do our best to work as clean and safe as we possibly can, there is still a risk of cross contamination of nut products. If you would like something nut free, please contact us directly so that we can create this product for you in a nut free environment. Only a few of our chocolates contain gluten, and they can be adjusted on request to be gluten free. Our dark chocolate bar is milk free and we are currently working on a line of vegan products. Again, dairy free products could be made on request.




How long will my order take to arrive?


Some of our chocolates are made to order so there is usually a lead time of around 2-3 working days on all orders however we will always strive to get your order shipped as soon as possible. You can select which shipping method you would like at the checkout but we tend to recommend 1st Class post so that your chocolates don't spend too long in different environments where temperature fluctuation could affect the product. If you are worried about ordering something for a specific date or you have a deadline, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.




Where can I find the product nutritional information?


All product nutritional information can be found on our website, simply select the product and the information can be found in the drop down menu. On occasion we release seasonal items where nutritional information will not be readily avalible. Do you ship outside the UK?


Currently we only ship within the UK however this may change in the future.
