These little hearts are my love letter to the Scottish countryside, we have foraged seasonal ingredients and poured them into each heart after hand painting a little hedgerow scene on the front. Inside is filled with a layer of foraged bramble jam, a local blackcurrant and white chocolate ganache and a roasted apple ganache (from apples in my aunties garden). Making these has been such a beautiful process and they embody the beginning of Autumn here in Scotland. Each heart comes individally wrapped in a box tied with a ribbon. These are extremley limited edition and so very special.
