This is the Chocolatia take on the viral sensation Pistachio Dubai Knafeh chocolate bar, originally made in a dessert bar in Dubai and inspired by a traditiona arabic dessert this bar has taken the Internet by storm and we wanted to try our hand at it!
 
Our bars are stunningly hand painted and we’ve used Valrhona chocolate for the casing. We've taken Iranian pistachios to make a pistachio paste with a natural vibrant green colour and seasoned with Scottish Isle of Skye sea salt. The katifi pastry is caramelised and toasted in Scottish butter and mixed with the pistachios and caramelised white chocolate.
Crunchy, nutty and delicious!
