We are delighted to share that our PECAN BUTTERCRUNCH was awarded a GREAT TASTE STAR in 2024!!
I first came across Buttercrunch when I worked making gelato a few years ago, it's a popular inclusion and I knew I had to recreate it for chocolate lovers, with my own twist and using high quality ingredients. This version is a fudgey Scottish tablet style hybrid. The chunks are buttery, caramely and topped with 70% Dark chocolate then sprinkled with Isle of Skye Sea Salt.
We have two flavours currently on offer, one topped with pretzel & fudge and one topped with roasted pecans.
This is a great snack to enjoy with others or even to add to some of your own gelato!

PRETZEL
Dark chocolate (70% cocoa minimum), whole milk powder, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sugar, brown sugar, butter (milk), wheat flour (gluten), yeast, dextrose, bicarbonate of soda, rapeseed oil, calcium carbonate, condensed milk, glucose and salt.
