EASTER EGG SLAB
ROASTED PISTACHIO PRALINE BAR -
We make our Iranian pistachio praline in house by roasting pistachios with sea salt and caramelised sugar, then we mix it with melted chocolate to make a nutty filling. Our egg bars are cast in a blend of milk and dark chocolate.
COFFEE CARAMEL BAR -
A caramelised white chocolate bar filled with a dark chocolate and coffee ganache made with local coffee company Sacred Grounds.
CARAMELISED COCONUT -
Roasted coconut mixed with caramelised white chocolate and crunchy wafer flakes. In a blended dark/milk shell.

Dark chocolate (70% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter ), Milk Chocolate (40% cocoa butter minimum, pure cocoa butter), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin). PISTACHIO (nuts), salt.
